Registration
Instructions
Step 1: Return your registration form, check list, and payment to NGA.
Step 2: In about two weeks, watch your mail for a postcard confirming
your registration and certification handbook.
Step 3: To learn about exam locations and times or to schedule your
exam, call 800/211-2754 or visit www.lasergrade.com.
Note: Exam provider will not schedule an exam for anyone who has not
submitted a registration form and payment to NGA first.
Step 4: Before taking the exam, read and study as much information as
possible about auto glass installation and repair. You may purchase
optional reference materials through the NGA
Store.

Technician, Spanish, or Master Exam

- Attention Veterans! - Members of the military under the Department
of Defense Activity for Non Traditional Education Systems (DANTES) may
participate in NGA's certification programs through approximately 580
DANTES test centers, and if eligible and approved, can receive reimbursement

Payment
Non- United States companies must pay with a credit card or a draft
on an United States bank, which can be purchased from a bank in your
area. You will receive written confirmation for your registration from
NGA within two weeks of receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Exam cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid
forfeiting your exam payment. Contact 800/211-2753.
