How can I sign up to take the NGA Certification exam?

You can either take the exam online in your place of employment using a proctor or you can take the exam at a registered testing facility.

To take the exam at a registered facility, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Return your registration form and payment to NGA.

Auto Glass Technician candidates: Register for the Auto Glass Technician or Master Technician exam here.

Auto Repair Technician candidates: Register for the Auto Glass Repair Technician exam here.

Glass Installer candidates: Register for the Glass Installer exam here.

Step 2: You will receive confirmation of your registration within 2 weeks.

Step 3 (in person exams only): To learn about exam locations and times or to schedule your exam, call 800/211-2754 or visit www.lasergrade.com. Note: Exam provider will not schedule an exam for anyone who has not submitted a registration form and payment to NGA first.
