Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to NGA three
weeks before the scheduled event. Only extraordinary circumstances preventing
attendance may warrant a full refund and must be approved by NGA. Substitutions
are permissible at any time but must be made in writing to NGA.
Cancellation by NGA
NGA makes a concerted effort to maintain the class schedule. There may
be unusual circumstances, out of our control, which may cause the cancellation
of a class. In this event, NGA will not be held liable for any additional
costs a registrant may incur due to the cancellation (i.e. airfare,
hotel, etc.).
