NGA must receive your registration and full payment no later than three weeks prior to the meeting date to guarantee enrollment. Be sure to enroll early, space is limited!

Payment
Non-United States companies must pay with a credit card or a draft on
a United States bank, which can be purchased from a bank in your area.
You will receive written confirmation for your registration from NGA
within two weeks of receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted to NGA three
weeks before the scheduled event. Only extraordinary circumstances preventing
attendance may warrant a full refund and must be approved by the Director
of Professional Development or NGA President. Substitutions are permissible
at any time but must be made in writing to NGA.
Cancellation by NGA
NGA makes a concerted effort to maintain the class schedule. There may
be unusual circumstances, out of our control, which may cause the cancellation
of a class. In this event, NGA will not be held liable for any additional
costs a registrant may incur due to the cancellation (i.e. airfare,
hotel, etc.).
