Ron Clawson
Ron is the author of published articles dealing with certification and training, project management, contract negotiations, new data processing techniques for the glass industry and computerized estimating. He has been a presenter and guest lecturer at the NGA Show, CGA Glass Expo West, and the American Institute of Architects Annual Meeting dealing with topics on contract glazing, business management, estimating, and proper procedures for the erection and quality control of glazing products.
Ron is a Past Chairman of the National Glass Association, a past Chairman of the California Glass Association, and in March of 2000 was named the “Glass Professional of the Year” by the National Glass Association.
Leroy Richards
Leroy Richards is with Richards Glass Co. of Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Richards
has over 30 years experience in the glazing industry. He began as an
apprentice and worked his way up to field superintendent, safety director,
and in-house trainer. With his fellow members of NGA's Glass Installer
Training and Certification Committee, Leroy proposed and developed GITI
for the good of the industry.
