NGA Membership Renewals
All new NGA members must complete the NGA Membership Application. Renewing members can either pay by returning the invoice they recieve or can save $10.00 by renewing online.

NGA Membership Dues
Dues are based on your company's gross annual sales in glass and glass-related products, plus all the additional locations in the United States, Canada and Mexico which the company owns. Members are required to pay the highest dues for which they qualify.

Payment
Companies outside the U.S. must pay with a credit card or a draft on a U.S. bank, which can be purchased from a bank in your area. You will receive written confirmation from NGA within 2 weeks of receipt of payment. Mail or fax your application and payment to:

** All additional company locations, offices, plants, etc., operating under the same corporate parent in North American and doing business in the glass industry are non-optional extensions of your membership and receive all member benefits (except voting rights which are retained by the main location) including a subscription to Glass Magazine (Note: additional locations will receive the same magazine as the main location unless specifically requested otherwise.) You must list all additional locations on a separate sheet and include a senior contact for each location. Sales representatives do not qualify as additional locations. Individually owned franchisees do not qualify as additional locations.
