*A principal is defined as an owner of the company or the most senior individual in charge of managing the company. No other senior staff qualifies as a principal.

 IMPORTANT
**All additional company locations, offices, plants, etc. operating under the same corporate parent in North America and doing business in the glass industry are non optional extensions of your membership and will receive all member benefits (except voting rights which are retained by the main location) including a subscription to Glass Magazine and/or AutoGlass (Note: Additional locations will receive the same magazine(s) as the main location unless specifically requested otherwise.) You must list all additions on a separate sheet (please email them to weborders@glass.org) and be sure to include a senior contact name for each. Sales representatives do not qualify as additional locations. Individually owned franchisees do not qualify as additional locations.

A subscription to Glass Magazine and/or AutoGlass is included in your dues. You must indicate which magazine(s) you want to receive. Your subscription will only be processed for the magazine(s) indicated. ** If you only want to receive one magazine subscription you may deduct $20 once from your dues payment. If you do not want to receive either magazine, you may deduct $40 once from your payment.  (Deductions do not apply to Windows & Door magazine.)

IV.  CALCULATE YOUR COMPANY'S DUES
Dues are based on your company's gross annual sales in glass and glass-related products, plus all the additional locations in the United States, Canada or Mexico, which the company owns. Members are required to pay the highest dues for which they qualify.

CASPA's mission is to promote public understanding of auto glass as a crucial safety component in the modern vehicle's safety restraint system, and, to assist consumers in locating safe auto glass replacement in the aftermarket.

By joining NGA, your company agrees to abide by NGA's Code of Ethics.
  • To promote and encourage fair and ethical competition
  • To fulfill all contractual obligations and respect the contractual obligations of others by not inducing breach of existing contracts
  • To use safety glazing materials whenever possible and to refuse to sell unsafe products
  • To maintain a safe work area which provides adequate inventories of glass products and to sell these products at a fair and non-discriminating price
  • To maintain the highest industry-wide standards of professional and personal conduct
  • To promote the advancement of the association on both the local and national levels, supporting its goals and objectives.
Adherence to this code of ethics serves to assure public confidence in the integrity and service of NGA member glass professionals everywhere.
