Richard A. Beuke is vice president, flat glass, for PPG Industries. He joined PPG in 1976 as an industrial coatings sales representative based in Oak Creek, Wis., and later was regional industrial coatings sales manager for East Point, Ga., and for Oak Creek. Beuke moved to Troy, Mich., in 1990 as marketing director, automotive parts segment, automotive original-equipment coatings.
In 1994, Beuke was named director of purchasing at PPG’s Pittsburgh headquarters, and he was appointed general manager of silica products in 1997. He was elected vice president, architectural coatings, in 2000 and vice president, growth initiatives, in 2006. In November 2009, Beuke was named vice president, silica products, and he assumed his current position in May 2011.
A native of Indianapolis, Beuke is a graduate of Georgia Southern University. He has also studied executive management at Columbia University School of Business.
View Inc., the leader in dynamic glass, today announced Jim Miller, an LED industry veteran, is joining the company as its Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Miller brings extensive experience driving global commercialization of innovative technology-oriented products in wide-ranging industries.

Miller comes to View with 25 years of experience in technology sales and marketing. Most recently he was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Bridgelux, an LED lighting company. Prior to that, he served as the President and CEO of TerraLUX Inc. Previously, Miller held the position of Vice President of Global Geographic Sales at Philips Lumileds. In addition to his experience in the LED industry, Miller spent 18 years in the data storage industry in various sales and marketing leadership roles with industry-leading companies such as Iomega, Conner Peripherals, Adaptec, Maxtor and LeftHand Networks.

Mike Turner joined YKK AP America in October of 1992 as an Assistant Engineer in the Special Project's division.

Jim directs the engineering support to all 9 regional sales branches, develops and initiates strategic plans to address changing codes and standards in the US construction market, develops and maintains intranet based software for more standardized and efficient processes throughout YKK AP, and maintains a reliable I.T. network to warehouse technical and corporate data.
In 2008, he was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Technical Services. Additional responsibilities include strategic positioning of YKK AP’s brand and products to grow revenue through public relations, corporate communications (print and digital), and product portfolio management and development.
Jeffrey Meyer is owner of White Bear Glass and Pioneer Technology Solutions.
Meyer is a long time glass industry participant with his stake in White Bear Glass dating back to June of 1984. Meyer is very active in several organizations both within and outside of the glass and glazing industry including the Minnesota Glass Association, Minnesota Multi-Housing Association, White Bear Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, the Minnesota Trucking Association and the Builders Club.
Meyer has been responsible for bringing new products and technology to the region and continues to search out diverse options with his Pioneer Technology Solutions group. Meyer is a native of Lake Elmo, MN He is married with three children and currently makes his home in Grant, MN.
