NGA PARTNERS WITH CONSULTING COLLABORATIVE

WASHINGTON, DC  (April 1, 2010) - The National Glass Association (NGA) and Consulting Collaborative announced a new member service that will provide business development consulting services to increase sales as well as profits and also offer many other initiatives that contribute to achieving a very successful company in the glass and glazing industry.

The NGA has partnered with Consulting Collaborative because the firm has a broad range of consulting services that are tailored to NGA member companies. Dozens of NGA members have already benefited from the advice of company CEO, Richard Voreis, and now you can tap into his expertise to increase your profits, improve the effectiveness of your employees as well as enhance internal communication and teamwork.

In a consulting role his firm is continually seeing “best practices” on a national basis and they are constantly up-to-date on what works and what doesn't work in today's challenging business environment.  These insights are shared with clients so they learn in the shortest period of time and so they learn the easy way rather than the hard way.  Rarely does any business owner have this type of exposure to “best practices” and clients always benefit from learning the newest and proven strategic advantages.

The consulting services include: business development, strategic assessments, employee accountability management system, management tools and reports, strategic planning process and annual strategic goals, market surveys, and marketing communications/advertising.

The NGA has negotiated a 10% discount on these Consulting Collaborative services, exclusively for member companies.

David Walker, vice president of association services for the NGA, said, "We are excited to be working with Richard Voreis and Consulting Collaborative. Richard brings with him an extensive history and knowledge of the industry that will help our member companies improve their position in the marketplace."

Mr. Voreis will also be contributing frequently to the new Industry Tips & Tricks blog. To learn more about NGA's newest member benefit, or to request a free quote, visit www.glass.org/cost-cutting.html, email akirkman@glass.org, or call 866-342-5642 ext. 151.  The NGA will connect you with Richard Voreis so you can discuss your specific needs with him.
