WASHINGTON, DC  (May 9, 2007) – The National Glass Association (NGA) is pleased to announce that effective immediately our Program Administrator—Intercorp, Inc.—is making available a very useful, innovative, and practical Life Insurance Program for NGA members.

“It does not get any better than this. After months of research, we are pleased to announce this uniquely structured tax-savings program that will help NGA members for years to come,” states Tonya Johnson, Sr. Manager Customer Service and Certification.

This program is exclusive to NGA members only under Section 79 of the IRS Code. Regulations and authority on Section 79 date back to the year 1979. The plan is national in scope and can work for NGA members in any geographic area. There is no minimum or maximum size business entity.
