NGA / WDDA Announces New Chairman of the Board

The National Glass Association \ Window & Door Dealers Alliance is pleased to announce the election of Bryan Bush to the office of chairman of the board. Bush, of City Glass Co., Omaha, Neb., has served on the board since 2010. Bush took the office of chairman on Sept. 11, 2014, during GlassBuild America: The Glass, Window & Door Expo in Las Vegas. He will serve a one-year term.

“Our association’s mission statement can be summed up in three words: Provide, Promote, and Protect,” says Bush. “I’m reaching out to our members to find out how we can fulfill these three key points.” To learn more about Bryan’s thoughts on how members can get involved, please click here.

Newly elected to the board this term is Guy Selinske, president of American Glass & Mirror, Prior Lake, Minn., who will serve a 3-year term. Selinske has served in various capacities on several industry-related associations, including the Minnesota Glass Association and Glass Professionals Forum. Guy and his wife Mary have two sons, Matthew and Benjamin. Guy enjoys tennis, gardening, travel and singing.

Robert Brown of Brown’s Glass, York, Pa., will serve as immediate past chairman; Michael Albert of S. Albert Glass Co., Beltsville, Md., moves into the position of chairman-elect. Tom Howhannesian of Heinaman Contract Glazing, Lake Forest, Calif., will serve as treasurer. Board member Bill Evans will be leaving the board this term. NGA\WDDA thanks Evans for his service as board member, chairman and immediate past chairman and look forward to his continued contribution to the association.

Board members returning for the 2014-2015 term are: Jana Goodrich, Seaway Mfg. Corp., Erie, Pa.; Newton Little, ACE Glass Construction Corp., Little Rock, Ark.; Ken Mariotti, Woodland Windows and Doors, Roselle, Ill.; and Angelo Rivera, Faour Glass Technologies, Tampa, Fla.
