Together Forward at Work: 2020 Report on Racial Equity and Inclusion, from the Society for Human Resource Management
By thoughtfully cultivating discussions of race and implementing what is learned, HR and other business leaders can guide our workplaces into a new era of honesty, respect, understanding and inclusion.
