
The 2026 Building Envelope Contractors (BEC) Conference will be held Sunday-Tuesday, March 1-3 at the Omni Louisville Hotel in Louisville, KY. Below are materials to help you prepare for your display and promote your involvement as a tabletop participant leading up to the event.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Monday, Feb 2 until Feb 23, 2026. The warehouse is open Mon-Fri between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time. Do NOT ship boxes directly to the hotel.

Setup & Hours
Tabletop setup will be available on Sunday, March 1, from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Tabletops must be dismantled by 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 3.
The schedule is subject to change based on the final program. While tables may be considered 'open' throughout the conference, they do not need to be staffed except during specified networking breaks or receptions. We encourage you to attend and enjoy the Sunday evening welcome reception and general session presentations.

Display
All Tabletop booth materials are the responsibility of the company and must be shipped to the attention of the company representative. When designing the materials for the tabletop display, keep in mind it is not a typical 10x10 booth. Ensure graphics/signage (and any A/V equipment) stay within the assigned allowable space: 6'x30" tabletop and 3' behind the table. Materials such as large pull-up banners or monitors should not be placed to the side of the table or in the aisle where they may block the neighboring table or walkway.

Material Distribution Policy
We're excited to have you share information about your products and services at the BEC Conference. We understand the opportunity to share branded materials, marketing collateral and complimentary giveaways are an important part of a successful exhibit experience. However, we require that you do not actively distribute these materials beyond the parameters of your exhibit booth or beyond those who approach your booth. This policy helps ensure exhibitor benefits do not override those offered to official sponsors of the BEC Conference. Violations of this policy may incur additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Companies may receive a refund according to the following schedule:
- Tabletop displays canceled on or before December 5, 2025, shall receive a full refund minus a $250 processing fee.
- Tabletop displays canceled from December 6, 2025, up to and including January 12, 2026, shall receive a 50% refund provided they have paid in full.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made after January 12, 2026.
- All refunds will be processed in 30 business days.
