NGA Celebrates WIC Week 2022

March is Women's History Month, and March 6-12 is Women in Construction Week.

An initiative of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), the focus of Women in Construction Week is to highlight women as a viable component of the construction industry. Follow WIC Week coverage from NAWIC.

This year, NGA is highlighting a group of women leading member and industry companies in the glass and fenestration fields. Follow along on LinkedIn for their first-hand experiences. Also find related resources for recruitment and hiring, curated by the NGA.
