NGA Member Brown's Glass Workers Save Dogs from Burning House

Brown's Glass

We hope you enjoy this heartwarming story shared with us by our member company, Brown's Glass.

Two workers for Brown's Glass in Pennsylvania noticed smoke coming from a house as they drove from one job to another. They quickly parked their truck, approached the house and "heard dogs crying inside."

After determining there was no one at home, they were able to enter an unlocked front door to free the three dogs. They attempted to use the fire extinguisher from their truck and pots of water to fight the fire with no success. When they opened a door to the second floor to see a wall of flames, they left the house coughing, notified neighbors, and got in their truck and left.

It eventually required multiple fire departments to extinguish the blaze, but thanks to the work of the "Brownies" team, no one was injured and the dogs were saved!
