NGA has announced a collaboration agreement with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) for its Women in Glass + Fenestration event. The event is held at the 2025 GlassBuild America: The Glass, Window & Door Expo at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The networking and education event will take place on Thursday, Nov. 6 from 9:00-11:30 a.m. at the GlassBuild America Main Stage, located on the show floor.

During Women in Glass + Fenestration, NGA CEO Lakisha Woods and NAWIC CEO Sheronda Carr will present a panel discussion on women in leadership, moderated by Stefanie Couch, GlassBuild Ambassador and owner of GRIT Blueprint. Women in Glass + Fenestration will also feature a continental breakfast, keynote presentation, and facilitated networking focused on personal branding, mentorship and building connections.

“The Women in Glass + Fenestration event, held at GlassBuild, will be NGA’s third annual gathering place for women in the industry to learn and connect,” says Lakisha Woods, NGA CEO. “Collaborating with NAWIC further establishes this event as an essential space to empower women leaders and support diverse workplaces. I am looking forward to sharing the stage with Sheronda to speak to women about becoming leaders in this industry.”
